Day 1: Transfer to Jinja – Source of the Nile

Depending on your location in Kampala, you will be met by your driver guide to transfer to Jinja – home to the source of Nile. Drive through the Lugazi sugar plantations and have a stop at Mabira forest (Uganda’s largest rainforest) for a forest walk before you proceed to Jinja.

Reach Jinja, have lunch then visit the source of River Nile. Explore the area too on a boat trip to the point where the source of River Nile was discovered. Take an evening boat cruise. Connect to your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at 2 Friends Jinja Guesthouse

Day 2: Rafting and visit of the waterfalls – Kampala

After your delicious breakfast at your lodge, meet your guide at 8 am to transfer for your rafting experience. You will receive briefing before the activity. Visit the water falls and have your lunch in Jinja town before you embark on your journey back to Kampala. You will be dropped at a location you will advise.
