8 Days Kenya Wildlife Experience : This 8 days Kenya Safari takes you to explore Masai Mara National Reserve , Amboseli National Park , Tsavo West National Park and Tsavo East National Park

Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

Depending on your location in Nairobi City, you will be met by our company representative to embark on your journey to transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, during which you will pass through the Narok area and visit the Masai market. Proceed to enter your park to check-in at your lodge. Dinner and overnight at AA Lodge Masai Mara for mid-range/Mitimingi Eco-Camp for budget

Day 2: Full day safari in Masai Mara

After breakfast, a full day in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents, During the migration season, which spans from early July to end September, the Masai Mara plains teem with wildebeest, accompanied by zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson’s gazelle, as well as leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, and bat-eared foxes. The black rhino is a little shy and hard to spot but is often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River, as are very large Nile crocodiles, which lay in wait for a meal as the wildebeest cross on their annual quest to find new pastures. Later meals and overnight at the lodge as above

Day 3: Another day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, enjoy another day in Masai Mara in search of its popular residents. After the full-day game drive, which includes a packed lunch and an evening game drive in the plains, you will return to the lodge in the evening, filled with unforgettable memories of the wildlife. Dinner and overnight at lodge as above

Optional activity: A hot air balloon safari launches in the early morning, just in time for sunrise. For about an hour, you will be floating peacefully above the ground, with a bird’s-eye view of the African bush below. The capacity for this activity is limited, making this a very special and exclusive experience. Please note that this activity is weather dependent and may need to be rescheduled due to poor weather.

Day 4: Transfer to Amboseli National Park

You will be met by your guide after breakfast; you will be met by our company representative very early to embark on your journey to Amboseli National Park. It’s a full-day drive connecting to Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. The drive takes you through the expansive African savannah plains, dotted with local homesteads and colourful Masai tribesmen and their cattle. Upon arrival, proceed to check-in your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at AA Lodge Amboseli for mid-range/Amboseli Eco-camp for budget. Meal Plan: Enroute lunch and dinner.

Day 5: Full Day Amboseli National Park

Have breakfast and explore Amboseli National Park. This park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to the Savannah elephants. Among other wildlife species are lions, cheetahs, leopards, wildebeests, buffaloes, monkey families, and rare bird species. Spend your morning and afternoon on game drives, also visiting the swamp below the observation hill that hosts many elephants, hippos, and a variety of water fowl like Pelican and Egyptian goose. Dinner and overnight stay at Lodge as above

Day 6: Transfer to Tsavo West National Park for full-day game viewing

Early morning, after your breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park, which is about a 1-2 hour’ drive from Amboseli National Park. Connect for a morning game drive. Tsavo West has the country’s largest elephant population. Other animals, including the giraffe, impala, buffalo, and Burchell’s zebra, are all common species here. Mammals include hartebeest, lesser kudu, eland, waterbuck, Grant’s gazelle, and more. After the game drive, have lunch. Later in the afternoon, visit the rhino sanctuary and Mzima Springs, depending on the time, before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Manyata Camp, a mid-range lodge, or Maneaters Lodge, a budget lodge. Meal plan: full board

Day 7: Game drives in Tsavo East National Park

After breakfast, you have the option to engage in any of the previously mentioned activities or explore Tsavo West, before connecting to Tsavo East National Park. Tsavo East National Park is the largest national park in Kenya and is home to the Big 5 game, including the renowned red large herds of elephants. Lunch will be served at your booked lodge. Do another afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay in Tsavo Sentrim Lodge for mid-range/Red Elephant Lodge for budget

Day 8: Morning game drive and transfer back to Nairobi

Wake up and connect for an early morning game viewing drive at the Tsavo East National Park for the predators with a picnic breakfast. Thereafter, depending on your personal plans, you will either drive back to Nairobi or be dropped off at the airport for your next destination.
