Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Entebbe City
Early morning you will be picked by our company representative who will transfer you to the city area, beginning with a visit to the Entebbe botanical gardens, for bird watching, you will enjoy a 2 hour walk in the forest searching for birds, transfer to the Entebbe zoo, the Uganda Wildlife Education Center, there are orphaned and rescued wildlife from poachers, you can be booked to enjoy behind the scenes feeding animals, view species like tigers, leopards, monkeys, buffaloes, zebras to mention a few, have lunch and an afternoon
Visit to the beaches of straddling around the Lake Victoria, enjoy a swim in the water-optional there are a variety beaches to experience, like the aero beach, imperial hotel beach, we will return to visit some of the road side markets in Kitoro market, you will have be able to purchase some souvenirs.
Other optional things to do while in Entebbe include visiting the Mabamba Swamp, visit the Ngamba Island home to the orphaned chimpanzee.
